With the Business or Corporate plan, material specific configurations become available for purchase, whereas the Basic Plan only supports general dust configurations.
Material-specific configurations improve measurement accuracy by considering the shape and structure of the particles and adjusting warning thresholds accordingly. This is particularly useful in industries with strict exposure limits.

SAS (Synthetic Amorphous Silica): Silica Gel, Fumed Silica, and Precipitated Silica: Specific calibrations for various silica materials, such as Grace Syloid and Evonik Aerosil products.
Dustlight provides settings for:
Silica Gel: Used in desiccants and chemical processes.
Fumed Silica: High-purity silica for electronics, rubber, and plastics.
