Volunteer Uniforms, Event Polos, and Charity Shirts
We supply clothing for charity fun runs, rural shows, equestrian groups, and regional clubs. Options include volunteer vests, embroidered polos, softshell jackets, broad-brim hats, and printed event t-shirts. Consider the activity and conditions when selecting garments, and ask about the fabric, sizing, and decoration choices for the styles you are considering.
Fundraising Merchandise and Commemorative Gear
Association merchandise can include printed tote bags, drink bottles, embroidered bucket hats, and stubby coolers. Send the group logo, sponsor artwork, and any event wording with your enquiry. List the required products and quantities separately, and check the proposed artwork for spelling, logo placement, and sponsor details before approval.
In-House Embroidery and Printing
Embroidery, digitising, and printing are done in-house. For new embroidered artwork, we digitise the association logo and provide a stitched tester for committee review. The tester lets you check thread colours and design size. Nominate a contact to collect committee feedback and approve the artwork for the order.
Turnaround and Ordering
Turnaround is 10 to 15 days from order confirmation and artwork approval. Include the event date and collect volunteer sizes before confirming the order. For annual events or repeat enquiries, send the previous artwork details and identify any updated dates, sponsors, colours, or garment requirements.
Annual Gatherings and Commemorative Event Shirts
We supply printed shirts and embroidered clothing for car rallies, charity runs, agricultural shows, and other annual gatherings. Event names and dates can be included in the design alongside sponsor logos. If volunteers and participants need different garments, separate these on the order list and specify the decoration required for each group.
